HOW TO BID

REGISTER TO BID IN PERSON

If you have not bought with us before then you will need to register with us. Registration will be available 4–6 weeks prior to each auction date.

Once completed we can issue you with a buyer’s number (paddle).

To register you will need two forms of identification:
1) Passport, photographic Drivers Licence or government-issued photo ID.
2) A recent utility bill or official letter with your name and address.

You can register by telephone/and/or email but we will need your appropriate ID as described above.


REGISTER TO TELEPHONE BID

Please telephone our offices to arrange a telephone bid. Registration will be available 4–6 weeks prior to each auction date.

REGISTER TO COMMISSION OR ABSENTEE BID

We can bid on your behalf if you have already registered with us. Registration will be available 4–6 weeks prior to each auction date.

By completing our online bidding form we will attempt to buy the item for you as cheaply as reserves and other bids allow.

It is always worth calling us once you have sent your bids to ensure that they have been received as we cannot be responsible for any missed bids, however caused.

Please send your bids to us at least 24 hours before the sale start time.

Registration will be available 4–6 weeks prior to each auction date.

Our live-online sales are handled by the-saleroom.com

You are required to register with them directly.

Please note that by registering with thesaleroom.com you are not registering with us.
